ABOUT THE JOB

As a Facility Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and managing international facility processes like: renting, cleaning, security, utilities regarding our all SBUs.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A FACILITY MANAGER?

  • Coordinate and manage facility processes related to: renting, cleaning, security, utilities, etc in all SBUs.
  • Work with office management teams to develop, monitor, and control plans and budgets for assigned function(s).
  • Oversee vendor relationships, general facilities costs and invoicing procedures.
  • Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Support and make recommendations to the strategic direction of the operations.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A FACILITY MANAGER?

  • Experience in facility management, preferably in a international environment – preferable
  • Excellent English – both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field – nice to have
  • Knowledge of facility management principles, regulations, and best practices
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Budgeting and financial management skills.

ABOUT THE TEAM

You will be part of an international facility management team, reporting to the Purchasing Director. You will work closely with teams located in our all SBUs in Poland, Netherland, Spain, Italy, France and Romania coordinating all facilities related processes.
