What are you going to do an E-Mobility Business Developer?

Sales Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for the NRF sales team in the E-Mobility sector, maintaining regular bi-weekly communication with each sales representative to ensure alignment and support.

Events and Customer Engagement: Actively participate in E-Mobility and customer events, including international sales meetings, to foster relationships and promote our offerings.

Customer Project Management: Follow up on customer projects, ensuring timely updates and assistance to drive success.

Competitive Monitoring: Keep a close eye on competitive activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.

Pricing Alignment: Collaborate with sales to align pricing strategies that support our market positioning and growth objectives.
Goals:

Sales Activation: Engage the NRF sales team in E-Mobility initiatives, measuring success through the number of quotes generated.

Sales Growth: Drive growth in hybrid and electric vehicle parts, aiming to double the growth rate compared to internal combustion engine (ICE) parts.

Innovation Expansion: Increase our range of innovative products, with success measured by stock packs sold.

Account Management: Ensure all accounts are up to date, with a focus on visiting the top 20 accounts annually to promote our E-Mobility offerings.
Reporting:

You will be responsible for reporting on sales performance against budget, managing the sales pipeline, tracking competitive activities, addressing issues, monitoring customer progress, and maintaining an activity agenda.
What do you bring as an E-Mobility Business Developer?

Professional proficiency in English

Experience in business development, sales coordination, or a similar role within the automotive or E-Mobility sector

Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred location in the Netherlands, with 50% international travel required; a company car will be provided

Self-starter with strong motivation, technical affinity for electric vehicle developments, and a proactive approach to closing sales

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is required
