ABOUT THE JOB.
In this position you process orders which you receive by phone and/or by mail from domestic and foreign customers, which must be checked for completeness and accuracy. You also assess whether the orders can be delivered. The Customer Service shall maintain contacts with customers over specific needs and ensure proper sales administration.
What are you going to do as a Customer Service Officer?

Order taking by phone and e-mail

Receiving phone calls from the customers

Collaborating with logistics department in organizing shipments

Preparation of order confirmations and all necessary documentation connected, including export procedures

Ensuring all orders meet customer expectations and invoicing them

Close cooperation with sales, accounting, quality, product, supply chain departments

Processing returns, credit and debit memos as required

Monitoring delivery times and dates, changing customer demands and forecasts

Maintaining strong control of the order backlog with daily cooperation with warehouse

Handling customer complaints and escalations
What do you bring as a Customer Service Officer?

1+ experience in customer-oriented position

Fluent English and Portuguese

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience and understanding of similar work and administrative procedures

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 environment will be a plus
