ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is part of our Customer Service Overseas team and focuses on supporting international customers through efficient communication, accurate order handling, and prompt issue resolution. Based in Valencia, the new colleague will ensure smooth coordination with global partners, contribute to a positive customer experience, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Handle daily communication with international customers across different regions.

Manage inquiries and provide support throughout the order process.

Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure correct order execution.

Assist with export‑related documentation and administrative tasks when needed.

Maintain accurate customer information and ensure proper follow‑up of requests.

Support the implementation of best practices that contribute to continuous improvement.

Represent the Customer Service Overseas team by offering friendly, efficient and professional support.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?

Fluency in English, Arabic, French and Spanish.

Experience in Customer Service, Export or Order Processing is considered a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
