About the Job

In this role, you will primarily process orders received by email from both domestic and international customers, ensuring completeness and accuracy. You will also assess whether orders can be fulfilled. Customer Service is responsible for maintaining communication with customers to address specific needs and ensure efficient sales administration. Although most interactions occur via email, occasional phone communication may also be required.

What are you going to do as a Customer Service Officer?

  • Order taking by email or in the system
  • Preparation of order confirmations and all necessary documentation connected with transport procedures and invoicing
  • Collaborating with the logistics department in organizing shipment
  • Processes return, credit, and debit memos as required
  • Liaise with the Central Planning department on delivery times and dates, change customer demands and forecasts
  • Supporting administrative duties in the office

What do you bring as a Customer Service Officer?

  • Education at minimum secondary level with a high-school exam
  • Fluent Romanian and English is a must
  • Experience in Customer Service or similar office position - approx. 1 year
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 environment will be a plus (not necessary) 
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
