In order to continue to serve our growing number of customers, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to supervise our Customer Service team and improve processes and cooperation with other departments in the company. In this role you will be responsible for providing direction to the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service employees, which are focused on identifying and meeting international customer needs. After an introduction period you will be the expert and you will help the team to set the right priorities, train them on customer excellence and encourage professional & personal growth. Your challenge consists in taking the team to a higher level from order processing to real customer service.
