As the NRF Automotive Aftermarket business continues to grow, we are looking to add a highly motivated ‘Field based’ Business development manager to Poland.

About the Job

NRF is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Industrial & Automotive Aftermarket thermal cooling products, employing 400 people across 8 European locations. We distribute to customers in more than 80 countries and are expanding our French sales team to meet growing demand. With a strong focus on innovation, we’re actively growing our EV product offering to align with the shifting automotive landscape.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER?

  • Develop and grow sales in the Polish Automotive Aftermarket sector (especially truck division).
  • Build strong, trustful relationships with customers.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and expand sales within the existing customer network.
  • Increase awareness of NRF’s services to end users, such as vehicle workshops, to drive pull-through sales.
  • Communicate confidently about automotive products, features, and benefits.
  • Travel across Poland and occasionally Europe, as required.

WHAT YOU BRING AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER?

  • Experience and understanding of the Polish Automotive Aftermarket sector.
  • A data-driven sales approach with familiarity in using BI analytical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Proven ability to hunt new business and nurture existing relationships.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a desire to succeed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within North Poland and occasionally to Europe.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
