About the job

As a Business Development Manager in our new E – Mobility division you are responsible for finding and cultivating new business opportunities. You will travel a lot, mostly around Europe. You will lead strategic initiatives to forge partnerships, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth in the hybrid and electric vehicle aftermarket, ensuring our position as an industry leader. We believe that the ideal candidate will establish itself as an expert in a E-mobility who loves both automotive and new alternative powertrain solutions.

 

What are you going to do as a Business Development Manager?

  • Market Expansion: use and develop the unique proposition of NRF e-Mobility's to identify and target new opportunities, that align with the company's vision of becoming a main player in the automotive aftermarket for electrified vehicles.
  • Starting from the list of our key target accounts across Europe, you will work with our regional sales teams to develop and execute a sales plan based on NRF e-Mobility to win new business and customers for NRF.
  • Strategic Partnership Building: Here we look to you to push NRF e-Mobility further, helping to identify and develop establish strategic partnerships with key players in the automotive industry, from garages to start ups. Collaboratively creating new business opportunities that serve the shift towards hybrid and electric vehicle in the automotive aftermarket.
  • Innovative Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products, training programs, and knowledge-sharing platforms that address specific needs in the market.

What do you bring as a Business Development Manager?

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Affinity with engineering, automotive, electrical vehicles is a plus, passion for electrification is a must!
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Open to extensive travel, up to 80% (driving license B).
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.

About the team

You will be part of a dynamic and innovative E-Mobility team based mostly in Netherlands, collaborating closely with our sales and product management teams.
