About the job
As a Brand Promoter you’ll support distributors, monitor market trends. Collaborate with international teams, organize seminars, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
What will you do as a Brand Promoter?

Provide day-to-day support to Company distributors in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, covering aspects such as order processing, payment control, delivery coordination, and addressing inquiries.

Monitor business services related to aftermarket segments, with occasional business trips to other EU countries.

Generate regular market reports on competitors’ activities and market changes.

Propose competitive pricing strategies, including discounts, and contribute to the development of national price lists.

Assist Business Development Managers in achieving sales targets.

Organize and coordinate seminars, presentations, and training sessions for Company customers and distributors.

Support advertising and PR activities by advising on advertising strategies, collaborating with distributors to enhance advertising efforts, and arranging advertising and PR with magazines and trade shows.
What do you bring as a Brand Promoter?

Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket in the Czech Republic and Slovakia at both the regional and national levels.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position with an international aftermarket supplier or automotive distributor, either as an account manager or in product management.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivots, vlookups).

Willingness to travel (driving license cat. B) – 80% of your time will be spent on business trips.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written) – the official company language.

Fluency in Czech and/or Slovak.
About the Team
You will be part of an international sales team, reporting to the Regional Sales Director. You will support the Business Development Manager in achieving sales goals and collaborate closely with the Marketing, Pricing, and Category Management departments.
