ABOUT THE JOB

In this role, you will need to respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. You will navigate challenging phone conversations with ease and transforming them into positive experiences. Your ability to think critically, focus on tasks, set priorities and adjust as needed will be the road to your success.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Monitoring orders to ensure smooth operations;
  • Coordinating customer backorders to meet monthly targets effectively;
  • Managing your accounts and ensuring customer engagement;
  • Address and coordinate customer complaints and warranty requests;
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues from diverse departments to deliver the best services;
  • Analyze data to identify trends and implement proactive follow-up measures;
  • Have projects and/or key user responsibilities based on your interests within the company.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • At least completed MBO level 4 education or HBO-level of thinking.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft AX is an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, responsibility, and a team-player mentality.
