People Specialist

ABOUT THE JOB 

As a People Specialist, you will become part of a dynamic, rapidly growing international organization. Here, you will have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop in the field of HR. In this role, you serve as a point of contact for various HR inquiries and ensure smooth handling of administrative and organizational processes, such as payroll. 

• Providing support to employees in various HR related topics (such as compensation, leavers etc.) and resolving any issues or problems
• Manage temporary staff and related processes
• Collect and validate payroll data and cooperate with external payroll provider
• Ensure that practices comply with labor law, agreements and procedures and manage legal matters such as dispute, disciplinary procedures and dismissals
• Review and update mandatory documents (f.e. DUERP, DUE, internal regulations)
• Serving as a liaison with external organizations
• Analyze and report on relevant statistics
• Analyze training needs, development plans and manage logistics and administration
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects

• Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and employment law
• Excellent knowledge on payroll
• Completed HBO education and relevant work experience
• Strong proficiency in both French and English (minimum B2 level)
