NRF GmbH, a company based in Germany offers and distributes a wide range of engine cooling and airconditioning parts, from its European Distribution Center located in Gdansk, serving both the passenger car and commercial vehicle segments. To further expand its automotive aftermarket business, NRF is looking for a Business Development Manager located in Germany.

Your mission

As a Business Development Manager in our automotive division, you are responsible for finding and cultivating new business opportunities and facilitate growth within a very strong base of existing accounts. You will be part of the European sales organization and you will be directly supported by the local customer service & distribution center. You develop, together with the European sales team, the customer portfolio and strategy. You will collaborate closely with the international team and report to the Regional Director Sales & Operations.

What do you bring?

  • Good knowledge of the German automotive aftermarket on regional and national level is a must
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position working for the international aftermarket supplier or automotive distributor as an account manager or in product managemen
  • Open for traveling (driving licence B)
  • High level of energy and desire to be successful, comfortable hunting new business
  • Data orientated sales approach - we are looking for an analytical but pragmatic and proactive person
  • Excellent in German to communicate with German customers. Fluent in English.
